Welcome to Michigan

Our dachshunds are our house pets, only outside to potty and play.
They are all AKC Registered and long coated.
We pamper our furkids. We expect that you would do the same.

Our goal is to produce healthy quality pups that are true to the miniature dachshund
standard, low to the ground, with thick lush coats and healthy happy natures.

Dachshunds are quite long lived, often well into their teens
so be prepared for a
long time commitment.

Please browse around our site, if you feel you would like to have a dachshund of your own from us please let us know. We only have long haired
dachshunds, if your looking for a smooth, wire
or a long and we don't have what your looking for then please check out our breeder links.

Our Color/Pattern pages will show you the different types of dachshunds there are in all coat types
(smooth, wire, and long). If you want to see what a
Sable or Isabella dachshund looks like, you'll see
some. There is also a page with
abbreviations that you may have wondered about when looking at
pedigrees. All the registries I could find in the world are listed, a tiny bit about dachshund genetics,
and some possible
health issues. Tips for 1st time puppy owners, or someone who just wants advice
on raising a puppy, and
housebreatking tips also. If you would like to look up your dachshunds
ancestry, I've added some
pedigree database links. Have a look around, there's plenty to see!
We live in North East Lower
Michigan.
We used to attend shows
but haven't been in awhile.
Working weekends makes it
difficult, since shows are
only on weekends.
